Mountain Spa Resort is a 640 acre golf course resort development located in Las Vegas, Nevada. SEI conducted listed species surveys, including the listed desert tortoise, and ephemeral stream delineations throughout the 640 acre parcel. SEI staff obtained the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headwater and Isolated Waters Discharges Permit, the State of Nevada 401 Water Quality Certification, and Temporary Rolling Stock Permits from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Pollution Control.
